Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy explains how you can manage or cancel subscription purchases from the Grason Powell Store.

Subscriptions

When you purchase the Grason Powell - Membership, you are purchasing an annual membership that automatically renews every 12 months unless you cancel before your next scheduled renewal.

The membership price is $15.00 per year. Your payment details will be securely stored by our payment provider, and you will be charged the applicable membership price at each annual renewal.

By purchasing the Grason Powell - Membership, you authorize the store and its subscription service to automatically charge your selected payment method for each renewal until you cancel the subscription.

Your membership may include special member-only physical merchandise, early updates about new music, early announcements about shows and tours, exclusive photos and content, member-only surprises, and additional Campfire perks. Membership benefits may change or vary throughout the membership period and may be provided separately from the original membership purchase.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Grason Powell - Membership at any time before your next scheduled renewal.

When you cancel, future automatic renewal charges will be stopped. Unless otherwise stated in our store policies or required by applicable law, cancelling your membership will not automatically end your current paid membership period. Your existing membership benefits will generally remain available through the end of the membership period you have already paid for.

You can manage or cancel your subscription using the subscription-management options provided through your order confirmation emails or customer account. If you are unable to access those options, you may contact the Grason Powell Store using the contact information available on our website.

To avoid another annual charge, you should cancel before your next scheduled renewal date. A cancellation made after a renewal payment has already been successfully processed may not prevent that renewal charge.

Renewal Charges and Refunds

Once an annual renewal has been successfully processed, the renewal begins a new membership period.

Cancelling after a renewal has already been processed will generally stop future renewals but will not automatically result in a refund of the renewal payment or any unused portion of the membership period, except where a refund is approved under our refund policy or required by applicable law.

Physical Membership Merchandise

Some Grason Powell - Membership benefits may include special physical merchandise. Member merchandise may be shipped separately from the membership purchase and may have separate processing and shipping times.

Because membership merchandise may be prepared or shipped separately, cancelling a membership does not necessarily cancel merchandise that has already been processed, prepared, or shipped.

Failed Renewal Payments

If an annual renewal payment is declined, cancelled, expired, or otherwise unsuccessful, your membership may be suspended or cancelled until payment can be successfully completed.

Access to membership benefits may be affected while a renewal payment remains unsuccessful.

Changes to Membership Benefits

Grason Powell Store may update or change membership benefits from time to time. This may include the type, design, timing, quantity, or availability of member merchandise, exclusive content, updates, surprises, and other Campfire perks.

Membership benefits are not guaranteed to remain identical throughout every membership period.

Changes to Membership Price

The membership price may change for future renewal periods. Where required by applicable law, appropriate notice will be provided before a changed price is charged.
